Pool Rules & Regulations

The following rules and regulations are for the benefit and protection of the owners, tenants and their guests to ensure the safe and sanitary operation of the pool facility.  Your cooperation and observance will ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

1.       Persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk and agree not to hold Cromwell Fountain Condominium liable for any actions of whatever nature occurring on or within the pool facility.  Owners and tenants will be responsible for the actions of their children and guests.

2.       Persons using the pool facility must comply with all rules and regulations promulgated by the City, County, State health offices and by Cromwell Fountain Condominiums.  Admission will be denied to persons with skin abrasions, colds, inflamed eyes, or any infection and to any person wearing a bandage.

3.       A pool identification card will be used for admission to the pool.  You must have your pool identification card to be admitted each time.  All cards will be filed with the lifeguard and returned upon your leaving of the pool facility.  REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR CARD WHEN LEAVING THE POOL. 

4.       The pool may be closed at any time due to weather, breakdown of equipment, operational defects, and juvenile delinquency or for any other reason deemed necessary by pool management.

5.       Alcoholic beverages, glass or other breakable items are NOT permitted in the pool facility. Public intoxication is not permitted in the pool or pool area.

6.       Wheeled vehicles or pets of any type are not permitted in pool facility.  This includes and is not limited to skateboards, bikes or roller blades.

7.       Running on the pool deck, unnecessary roughness, horseplay, ball playing and other undue disturbances are prohibited.  Water guns are not permitted in the pool area.

8.       Guests must be accompanied by a RESIDENT. Each resident is limited to a maximum of 8 guests at any one time. During holiday weekends or other periods of high use, attendance of guests may be further restricted to accommodate residents and to comply with maximum occupancy limits.

9.       Non-swimmers and/or Children using flotation devices must be supervised by a parent or designated adult who is in the pool within arm’s reach of the child.  Only United States Coast Guard approved flotation devices may be used.  ‘Noodles’ are only allowed for recreational use.   Tubes, water wings, etc. that are not Coast Guard approved are not permitted in the pool facility.

10.   A child twelve (12) years of age and under must be accompanied by an ADULT (18 OR OLDER).  Parent/Guardian must closely watch children at all times.  Parent/Guardian must accompany a non-swimmer in the water at all times.

11.   The pool is a non-smoking facility.  No smoking will be allowed on pool property to include the front entrance and steps.

12.   No cut-offs or shorts are to be worn in the swimming pool.  Bathing suits only.

13.   Diapers may not be worn in the pool.  Children that are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers while in the water.  Multiple offenses may result in the loss of pool privileges.

14.   Absolutely no cooking or grilling in the pool facility.  The use of can sterno or other cooking devices are prohibited.

15.   The cost of any property damage will be charged to the responsible party.  Management will not be responsible for a loss or damage to any personal property of any kind.

16.   No abusive or profane language or breach of peace will be tolerated.

17.   Cromwell Fountain Condominium reserves the right to refuse entry or deny pool privileges to anyone at its sole discretion.  The rules may be revised or amended at the sole discretion of Cromwell Fountain Open Space.  Failure to comply with any of these rules and regulations will result in the violator being barred from further use of the pool or pool facility.  Interpretation of the rules shall be the right of the lifeguard on duty.

18.   Guests must be accompanied by a RESIDENT at all times.

19.   No resident may bring organized or commercial groups, or sponsor/host events. (i.e. day care groups, day camps, or organizations of any kind are not permitted).

20.   A maximum of six (6) resident passes will be issued per unit.

POOL PASSES

·        Pool Passes will be collected by the life guards upon entry to the pool.  No one will be allowed to enter the pool area without a pool pass issued by Pinnacle Properties.  Guest Pool Passes are for a one day visit only and will be collected by the life guards upon entry and disposed of.

·        Guest Pool Passes are available and sold in packs of (4) for $ 20.00 per pack.  They are available with the Pool Pass Application or at the pool.  Purchaser must have a Pinnacle issued pool pass with them in order to purchase the Daily Guest Passes at the pool. 

      Payment for Daily Guest Passes is by Money Order ONLY:  No Checks or Cash accepted.
