The Open Space HOA was set up to handle the common and recreational areas of the community; including the pool, tot lot, tennis court & recreational grounds. It also maintains the grass cutting and snow removal of the common areas. The homeowners that live within one of Cromwell Fountain's sub associations make up the entire Cromwell Fountain Open Space community.  When you purchase a home in Cromwell Fountain, you are also purchasing into the Open Space HOA as well.
